After Hours
You may return the vehicle after business hours. You will be responsible for the vehicle until we inspect it at the start of the next business day. Return the vehicle to the rear lot. Park in open spot. Large garage door has key drop location. Drop keys through opening. You may pick up a copy of your closed contract during business hours or give us a fax number for a copy.
Age
Renters and additional drivers must be minimum twenty five (25) years with valid drivers licence. Renters/additional drivers twenty one (21) – twenty four (24) years, ten dollars ($10.00) additional per day. Valid additional drivers (25 & up) may be added for $5.00 per day.
Cancellation
There will be a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee unless notice of cancellation is received at least twenty four (24) hours prior to scheduled pick-up date. This fee will be deducted from available reservation deposit or charged to credit card.
Emergency Info
Accidents, call local police (911). If you are not injured, fill out police report and obtain copy of report from police department for comfort auto rental. Contact us at 201-666-8622. Repairs and breakdowns locate nearest service center. You are authorized for up to seventy five dollars ($75.00) for minor repairs. You must obtain a receipt for reimbursement. If you can not get help, call comfort auto rental at 201-666-8622. Never abandon the rental vehicle. Contact the local police department for help.
Equipment
We rent compacts, mid-size, full size, 8 passinger mini-vans, 15 passinger vans, 10 & 12 foot cargo vans, pick-up trucks, 14, 15, 16, 20 & 24 foot trucks. Trucks have ramps or lift gates. Available selected cars and trucks we also have hand trucks, pallat jacks,dollies, moving pads, boxes, bubble rap, tape,rope and other moving supplies.
Commercial E-Z Pass tags available. $2.00/ day plus tolls.

I agree to pay for all fuel used and return with the same fuel gauge reading as indicated on the rental contract or will pay $20.00 service fee plus $5.99/gallon. Tip! Select the pre purchase option on the fuel tank especialy on the weekly rentals!
Geographic

Holiday
Any vehicles returned on a holiday will be closed out on the next business day. Tip! Check company hrs. Try to return prior to holiday
Insurance
Renters must have proof of own liability insurance covering a rental vehicle at time of rental or purchase liabilaty insurance for ten dollars ($10.00) usd/day. Ldw $9.99 usd/day – $34.00 usd/day depending on value of vehicle.
One-Way
Comfort auto rentals is not a one-way rental company.
Payment
We accept most major credit cards and debit cards! Cash excepted only under certain circumstances. We do not except checks. Payment must be made when picking up rental. Additional deposite may be required.
Rules
What kind of credientials do i need? Drivers need credit card or debit card and valid drivers license. Both must be in the drivers name. Is a credit card needed to hold my reservation? Yes. Cancelation requires 24 hours notice. (see cancelation) what kind of deposit is required? A card deposit of $300.00 plus estimated charges. Required a time of rental.
